4. DATAX Holding GmbH is owned 50% by Traditio Privatstiftung and 50% by Children of Elisabeth Privatstiftung. The beneficiaries of these private foundations are Georg Kapsch and members of his family (Traditio Privatstiftung) and Elisabeth Kapsch and members of her family (Children of Elisabeth Privatstiftung).
