Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily interactions with customer representatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for technical and economic optimization or post-market potentials.
  • Serve as the key interface between the customer and internal service units.
  • Document and describe services, conduct reviews, and provide detailed reporting.
  • Oversee and shape complaint handling and management processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the profitability of assigned maintenance contracts.
  • Monitor and manage the sales and margin performance of the relevant maintenance contracts.

Your Profile

  • Strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a senior service delivery management role.
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL and service management, preferably supported by relevant certifications.
  • Familiarity with IT applications and/or traffic management principles.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal proficiency.
