Responsibilities:
- Supports program manager or project manager in the project delivery
- Project planning support → creation of the project plans and their maintenance
- Setup of work environment (SharePoint, CATs, MS Teams, E-mail distribution lists, …)
- Setup of communication structure and preparation of meetings (core team, Change Advisory Board, risk reviews)
- Risk analyses as support and maintenance of the risk register
- Setup and maintenance of the change register
- Supports PM with PIB planning in cooperation with Controlling ▪ Support project reporting → review and approval from the PM
- Task and milestones tracking
- Cost and progress controlling
- Scheduling
- Organization and preparation of workshops, e.g. start, controlling and close down/ lessons learned)
- Lessons learned setup and regular update
- PM process training for the project team e.g. risk, change management
- Document control → coordination of project related correspondence with the client
- Support for procurement process → Sales quote / Purchase Request Form (in case needed)
- Project management experience (at least 1 year) / project management education
- At least 3 years of experience in change management, contract and claim management
- Reporting and documentation skills
- MS Office knowledge
- High level of English and Polish
- Soft skills: ommunication skills, willingness to cooperate, creativity, sense of responsibility, organizational talent, assertiveness, goal orientation, problem solving skills
- Nice to have: experience with Sharepoint, JIRA or Confluence
