Your Responsibilities
Monitor and further develop security data analytics in our customer projects
Analyse system and network anomalies based on the available solutions
Integrate new data source(s) and develop security dashboards
Operate the vulnerability monitoring process
Evaluation of vulnerability scans and overseeing the remediation process
Monitor and review new vulnerabilities relevant for the systems in scope (threat intelligence)
Overseeing security processes established and defined within customer projects
Plan and coordinate security measures with Operations to improve security for systems and networks
Continuously ensure with Operations to embed state-of-the-art security controls
Coordinate the preparation and execution of security testing exercises
Invoke and collaborate with the incident response team in the event of security breach through the phases of triage, analysis, reaction, restore and post-mortem analysis
Actively collaborate, contribute, and exchange with the global security organization
Your Profile
It is expected that you have already 2+ years experience with the (security) operations of information technologies and networks or +6 months experience with university degree (Sercurity, Networking or similar).
Sound knowledge in network security, cloud technologies, firewalling and computer systems are essential – technical certifications are appreciated
Ideally you have gained already insights with security technologies like vulnerability scanning, SIEM (security information and event management) and IAM (identity and access management)
You feel comfortable working in a team and finding solutions in complex and demanding environments
You are a responsible and committed person who manages to keep track of things, even in stressful situations
Due to the international structure of the Kapsch TrafficCom occasional travel activities might occur
Very good English & Polish skills (C1) required
