Your responsibilities:

  • Contact person in all contractual topics within a project together with the Project Manager

  • Negotiating contracts with respect to the legal aspects together with the Legal Counsel and the Project Manager

  • Supporting the Project Manager in project-related legal topics together with the Legal Counsel

  • Ensuring project compliance with the legal and commercial aspects of the tender and bid documentation, including supporting documents and records

  • Consulting with the legal department on national and international laws, regulations and directives

  • Drafting formal responses to customer communication on behalf of the Project Manager

  • Handling of change requests and claims

  • Identifying, defining, analyzing and evaluating potential claims together with the Project Manager and the Legal Counsel

Your Profile:

  • Experience in contract, change and claim management

  • At least 3 years of experience in public procurement law and contract law

  • Knowledge of tolling and fee collection legislation, initiatives and regulations preferable

  • At least 3 years of experience in negotiation, establishment and execution of contracts in a technical environment

  • German & English fluent
