We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our team!

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage all logistics operations inside the country/Subregion LAM.

  • Analyze statistical data and reports to determine performance trends.

  • Supervise inventories of material/goods and equipment inside the country/Subregion LAM.

  • Anticipate performance difficulties in support of operations.

  • Coordinate the transport of equipment’s and materials.

  • Manage all material planning efforts along with direct oversight of all international and local sourcing.

  • Preparation of the Supply plan considering inputs from other areas, such as Demand plan, production capacity, availability of components, among others.

  • Coordinate all Supply Chain services within the country / Subregion LAM, such as material planning, scheduling, and strict inventory control for immediate availability.

  • Review purchasing decisions, orders, and contracts with suppliers to ensure that requests are met in a timely manner. Resolve all order discrepancies immediately to ensure quality and maintain the company's reputation.

  • Write and present performance evaluations, including disciplinary actions as well as promoting performance improvements.

  • Develop and implement effective inventory controls.

  • Owner and responsible for all local and SCM-related processes and procedures.

  • Responsible for internal and external audits, and related compliance (legal, environmental, etc.) in the respective country, as well as audits of suppliers, when appropriate.

Your profile:

  • Supply Chain, Logistics or related studies.

  • Proven experience in the Supply Chain area.

  • Proven experience in IT Industry or similar.

  • Advanced level of English language.
