We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.

Overview: As the Project Manager for our Transportation Management Center (TMC) operations, you will oversee all facets of project execution, ensuring seamless coordination of scope, schedule, budget, and personnel. In the absence of the Operations Manager, you will assume responsibility for daily operations to maintain uninterrupted service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management

  • Project Staffing and Development:

  • Regional Coordination and Leadership:.

    • Manage financial oversight and compliance within regional projects.

    • Lead and mentor a team of Project and Operations Managers in alignment with corporate policies.

  • Financial Management and Contract Oversight:

    • Ensure timely monthly invoicing and collections, adhering to contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    • Manage project scope, purchase orders, and subcontractor relationships to drive account growth.

  • TMC Operations and Technical Expertise:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in TMC policies and operational procedures.

    • Provide expert guidance to clients and staff on operational best practices.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop emergency response plans and traffic management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a four-year degree in management or transportation-related field; or eight (8) years of equivalent management operations experience.

  • Experience managing direct reports or acting as team lead with leadership, mentoring and coaching responsibilities

  • Experience in transportation management center operations.

  • Experience fostering positive internal and external stakeholder relationships including client interactions and customer service

  • At least two (2) years of direct traffic management center project management experience.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not required.
