We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team!

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the HR Point of Contact for employees and leaders in Brazil, with a general understanding of all areas of HR.

  • Perform processes related to the employee life cycle such as onboarding/offboarding, in line with local requirements and Kapsch’s regional and global frameworks.

  • Operationalize benefit offerings and ensure delivery to employees in Brazil.

  • Coordinate actions to ensure the required health checks prior to hiring and annual exams according to local regulations.

  • Consolidate local HR policies and written procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal/external audits. This includes the creation, update, and adherence of established policies.

  • Carry out the talent acquisition processes for technical roles, coordinating, when necessary, external recruiting partners.

  • Responsible for union negotiations.

  • Conduct learning actions for employees in Brazil that would allow to capture and satisfy training needs in coordination with regional and global learning partners.

  • Execute the necessary actions to ensure local roll outs of global and regional HR practices (TA, Learning, Career Mobility, Attractive Rewards, Engagement, etc.).

  • Advise and guide leaders in Brazil to ensure compliance with our Servant Leadership Philosophy.

  • Analyze data trends and metrics related to HR (e.g., turnover, engagement, training metrics, etc.) to monitor processes, propose actions, and empower insightful decision making.

  • Local communication & events.

  • Propose ideas for continuous improvement based on benchmark best practices.

  • Promote diversity and inclusive awareness and environment in all HR practices.

  • Understand local business needs related to HR and collaborate with other departments (finance, operations, etc.) for smooth implementation of HR activities.

Your profile:

  • Experience in Human Resources in global companies with a focus on HR business partnering or generalist roles.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding/offboarding and talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational or tech company environment.

  • Experience in managing benefit offerings and coordinating with external partners for benefit delivery.

  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Brazil, particularly in areas such as health checks prior to hiring, union negotiations, and compliance with HR policies.

  • University degree (postgraduate will be a plus) or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced level English & Spanish language. Portuguese native.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, leaders, and external partners.

  • Leadership capabilities, including the ability to advise and guide leaders in alignment with the company's Servant Leadership Philosophy.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software tools for data management and analysis. Workday would be a plus.
