We are looking for a System Support Engineer to join our team!
Your responsibilities:
Perform 3rd level analysis of incidents sent via a notification system within the SLA parameters agreed with the client
Request and organize R&D and SE support for high priority incidents
Develop and implement workarounds for defects to maintain systems in operations
Perform preventive maintenance activities and monitor the systems in operation to ensure availability and stability.
Organize and monitor change and hot fix deployments into systems in operations
Communication interface between customer, 2nd line support and R&D/PMO
Keep contact to 2nd Level support and customer to clarify the incident / problem and inform about current status
Communicate defects and change requests to PMO and R&D using the defined tools and processes and monitor the completion of the tasks
Monitor and report system stability and availability
Your profile:
Advanced level of English
Knowledge of software analysis and programming techniques
Knowledge of aspects of the software engineering process
Knowledge of software Integration & Testing techniques and tools
SQL Server
C#
ITIL
University Degree in Systems Analysis or Engineering or equivalent experience
