Kapsch TrafficCom develops smart solutions to make mobility safer, more sustainable and efficient for everybody. We design, build and operate traffic management systems including connected vehicles technology and mobility demand management as well as tolling services for cities, roads, tunnels and bridges around the world. We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.
Your responsibilities:
- Technical leadership and coordination of QA team
- Developing a holistic test strategy for the team with focus on on-time and high quality delivery:
- Designing test cases, developing automated tests, executing manual functional tests.
- Verifying developments done by product development teams.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests, including generation/execution of infrastructure and data.
- Designing and maintaining end-to-end functional test scripts according to technical requirements and specifications.
- Performing product stability and performance tests.
- Interpreting internal or external issues and recommending solutions/best practices.
- Solving complex problems; taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
- Performing continuous maintenance of the traceability of our development process in Jira.
Your profile:
- At least 8 years of experience in testing and quality assurance
- Solid understanding of test automation
- Experience in large-scale projects with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
- Good written and oral English
